VERY SHORT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The construction materials are made up of Steel-Foam-Steel sandwich construction with low weight. It is a patented construction The modulated system is made up of 600mm panels with key-beds on all sides. The materials underwent series of technical and approval tests at the University of Karlsruhe Germany  " Versuch Anstalt für Stahl, Holz und Steine --Amtliche Material Prüfungsanstalt Universität (TH) Karlsruhe --" before being approved.

Furthermore, the materials were also rigorously scrutinised by The German Authority in Berlin, Germany "Institut für Bautechnik, Anstalt für Öffentlichen Rechts, Berlin" responsible for approval building materials. 

The foundation on which the unit rests, will be constructed with local materials based strictly on our specification and constructed under our supervision. The local workers on the site would be adequately trained on the job in order to meet high standard needed to provide the desired quality.
