HOW
COULD THE PROBLEM BE TACKLED?
It
is very difficult for any authority in the world to match the
provision
of
adequate shelters with the unabated rise in the number of the
residents in its governing area. Certainly there are measures
which could be theoretically considered to put an end to this
soaring rate, but they would be very difficult if not impossible
to be effected they might/ could/ would be considered as
■
Politically not correct,
■
Morally not acceptable,
■
Anti-humanity,
■
Against Religious belief,
■
Ethically
unthinkable.
In
other words they could lead to social unrest and thereby create
more problems than they tend to solve.
At
this junction let us consider three fundamentals questions, the
answers of which if affirmative could present to some extent a
partial solution of solving the global housing crisis.
